Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the agreement between you, the Webmaster, and AdultTemplatesEvolution.com (the 'Program'). BY COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM TO BECOME AN AFFILIATE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

To begin the enrollment process, you will submit a completed Program Application through our website. Your account will be instantly active in our program. We will evaluate your account in good faith to ensure you comply with all our rules and agreements. We may reject your account if we determine that your site is unsuitable for the Program for any reason, including, but not limited to: your site incorporating images or content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable, such as sites that facilitate illegal activity, promote or assist others in promoting copyright infringement.

By entering this Agreement, you acknowledge that any and all trademark, copyrights and other intellectual property rights we own are and shall remain at all times our sole property. You shall not, during or at any time after the termination of this Agreement in any way dispute our ownership over our products.

Payouts are being issued at the beginning of each month. We have a 30 day hold period to insure transactions are not violating any terms and are not subject to fraud.

20% per Sale & Recurring Sales. You will receive 20% of the total sale plus 20% of all recurring sales made by the client you referred.

As an affiliate you may use any form of promotion you choose, consistent with the terms of this Agreement. You may use banner advertisements, button links and/or text links to our site, however you CANNOT USE SPAM.

Promotional links may contain Adult Templates Evolution trade names, service marks, and/or logos for display on your Affiliate Site. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access such Links and other designated promotional materials for placement on your Affiliate Site for the sole and exclusive purpose of promoting websites owned, operated or controlled by Adult Templates Evolution.

Any activity by you or on your behalf that we determine or reasonably suspect to be the result of an unsolicited bulk e-mail program also known as SPAM will result in your immediate termination from the Program and forfeiting of money otherwise due to you hereunder.

We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL unpaid accumulated funds up to that point in time.

The exception is where it is determined you have violated this agreement in any way, in this case all unpaid money owed to you by Adult Templates Evolution will be deemed forfeited by you and you WILL NOT BE PAID!

Forced Termination will occur due to, but may not be limited to: participating in any activities that may be harmful to the reputation, image, and/or goodwill of Adult Templates Evolution. Any material or file containing virus, Trojan Horse or any other destructive script on any of your sites promoting us. In this case Adult Templates Evolution will immediately terminate this Agreement and all unpaid money owed to you by Adult Templates Evolution will be deemed forfeited by you.

Either party may terminate this Agreement by delivering to the other written notice of cancellation. An E-mail sent by Program to the E-mail address associated with your account shall be deemed adequate notice to you, whether or not you actually read such email. In case of Cancellation you will be paid for ALL unpaid accumulated funds up to that point in time unless the terms of the agreement have not been met by you prior to the Cancellation.

You shall be responsible for ensuring that materials posted on your site do not violate or infringe upon any laws, including but not limited to 18 U.S.C. Section 2257, or the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights), and ensuring that materials posted on your site are not libelous or otherwise illegal. We will not be responsible if you use another party's copyrighted or other proprietary material in violation of the law.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS OF USE, AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND FULLY COMPLY WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM TO BECOME AN AFFILIATE OF ADULT TEMPLATES EVOLUTION.
